During your first consultation, your Aesthetic Healthcare Professional will discuss your individual treatment goals and expectations. Depending on the affected areas, one treatment session will likely take between 15 and 45 minutes.

Our fillers are available with lidocaine to reduce any sensation of pain you might feel. BELOTERO can be applied with very fine needles, this helps to maximize your comfort.

Hyaluronic Acid fillers, such as BELOTERO, should not be used if you suffer from autoimmune diseases, have allergies to the anesthetic lidocaine, are hypersensitive to Hyaluronic Acid or during immunotherapies; if you have an inclination to proliferative scarring, skin inflammation or infection from punctures; during breastfeeding or pregnancy; when taking drug hemodilution; after pre-treatment with non-biodegradable fillers.

Avoid applying makeup during the first 12 hours after treatment. Avoid saunas, hot tubs, prolonged exposure to sun, UV rays and extreme cold temperatures for two weeks after treatment. Avoid putting pressure on treated areas. After the initial treatment, follow up sessions are normally recommended. During your follow up visit, your Aesthetic Healthcare Professional may decide to inject more product in order to improve the appearance of the initial treatment.
